Delivery Costs & Timings
We do hope that you enjoy our products and we aim to provide a good service to all our customers. It is important to note that items will not be dispatched until payment has been received and we will always obtain proof of postage. Orders within the United Kingdom will be sent via Royal Mail with proof of postage.
- At Ella Jenkins Designs, we will always endeavour to complete orders in the swiftest possible time, However there may be additional backlogs at peak times such as Christmas.
- Unless we contact you, we will act on orders within 2 days of the transaction, but we are not responsible for the length of time an item takes to arrive after we have dispatched it.
- Please note any order placed on a weekend or bank holiday will not be processed until the next working day. Standard delivery is sent with Royal Mail and should arrive with you within 2 - 5 working days. We are not responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit.
- All orders have inclusive delivery in accordance with the standard postal charges - so you only pay for what you see at the time of placing your goods in the basket.
- Please note that larger items, such as furniture, are only dispatched to the mainland UK. For such pieces, a courier service will be arranged (usually Parcelforce). We will contact you to advise you of the cost of the courier service and the anticipated delivery date in order for the customer to take delivery at home.
- Alternatively, customers may come and collect furniture (after payment has cleared) from my workshop – 6 Station Road, Little Bytham, NG33 4RA. Collection must be a mutually agreed appointment.
We take great pride in the quality of our goods and care about providing quality of service to all our customers. In the unlikely event that you receive faulty or erroneous goods please contact us to discuss the matter immediately. Refunds and replacements will not be issued for items sent back without first informing us of your intention to do so (in writing), and the reason for the return. This information needs to be communicated within 14 days of delivery. The cost of returning the item will be at your expense and please obtain proof of postage.
